USA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This board  is made up of all volunteers, who are godly men and women that have a heart for orphans and at-risk children in Romania.
LAWRENCE SELENSKY
President
Lawrence is a Manager, Codes & Standards, for TUV Rhineland AIA Services, LLC. He is a veteran of the Gulf War having served in the Marines on a nuclear submarine. Lawrence is married to Lisa, has two grown daughters and was part of a ministry to help inner-city children for many years. He has been on three Mission Trips to Romania and co-led Mission2019.
NICHOLAS VAN CLEVE
Vice President
Nicholas Van Cleve joins the Board as third-year law student at the University of Houston Law Center.  He received a B.A. in Biblical Languages and Philosophy  from Houston Baptist University where he received the Robert and Sue Sloan Award for Outstanding Honors College Graduate of 2015. He is now practicing commercial litigation at The Fuentes Firm, P.C. He and his wife, Brenna, have one son. The Board is blessed to have both Nicholas and Brenna on the Board.
RICHARD R. SCOTT
Co-Founder
Rick, a native Houstonian has worked for a major oil company 40 years and is Operations and Safety Coordinator for alternative fuels. He married to Sandy Scott, is a father and grandfather. Rick is Co-Founder, President and CEO of Springtime House in Romania-USA, Inc. Rick sends funds to Care Homes in Romania as his main goal is to help as many orphans and at-risk children in Romania, as possible.
SANDRA C. SCOTT
Co-Founder
Sandy, is a retired senior administrator of a major oil company, is Co-Founder of the Charity, and is married to Rick Scott. She graduated from the Art Institute of Houston. They enjoy their children and grandchildren. She coordinates administration in USA and Romania. Sandy has always been available to help at-risk children.
CAROLINE FITZWATER
Treasurer
Caroline Fitzwater is a senior accountant with Tier-One Property Services and has over 30 years of experience in accounting across all levels, including full charge bookkeeping, and financial reporting. She was a counselor and served 8 years on the Board of Directors for Exodus Ministries in Missouri.

Caroline has an MBA in Operations Management, BS in Business, and AA in Accounting. She volunteers at her church and currently oversees the Oneg Ministry and is a volunteer greeter.
KIM KELLEY
Secretary
Kim is a professional business woman with a background in business, human resources management, financial services and entrepreneurship with a MA in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Personnel Administration. She is currently self employed as a Certified Signing Agent/Notary Public, as well as a life and health insurance broker. Kim has a history of serving on non-profit and professional boards, as well as leading and serving on various committees and ministry projects. Kim enjoyed meeting one of her two sponsored children during the 2019 Mission Trip.
KASIA DERRICKSON
Board Member
Kasia Derrickson was born and raised in Krakow, Poland. She moved to the U.S. in 2006 to continue her higher education, and she met her husband, Sean, at the University of Houston. Together they have one son, Ben, and two daughters, Lily and Eliana. She has a Master of Science degree in Applied Science and Material Engineering, and a second Master of Science degree in Inorganic Chemistry. Currently, she teaches 8th grade math at a local Christian private school. In her limited free time Kasia enjoys puzzles, crafts and various DIY projects.
Eva Leal
Board Member
Eva and her husband Josh have been married 5 years, they have 2 sweet little boys and 3 dogs. Eva is a Senior Branch Administrator for a Financial firm. She has been with the firm for 5 years and made partnership last year. She has a heart to serve in several ministries and organizations.
Donald Sexton
Board Member
Donald retired from a successful 25-year career as owner of a commercial construction company, in Houston, TX. In 2009 he began full-time ministry as Business/Facilities Administrator at Congregation Beth Messiah where he currently serves on the Board and is an Elder. Donald has always had a heart for helping people, young, old or whomever. He holds a Diploma of Graduate of Theology from International Seminary and is a Licensed Minister. Since 1985 when Donald and his wife, Sue recommitted their life to the Lord, it has been their joy serving the kingdom in various ways: teaching children, building churches on Mission Trips to Mexico, serving on other ministry boards and any other opportunity the Lord has given them throughout the years. Donald and Sue have been married 46 years and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
